Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

To support quality assurance efforts, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Analyst will generate test documentation, perform end-to-end testing, and build and execute automated test cases while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure software solutions meet functionality and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and create test strategies to ensure software solutions meet quality standards
• Execute end-to-end testing and manage defect tracking and resolution in collaboration with development teams
• Independently own a workstream/product line, assessing test results and participating in daily engineering meetings to communicate project status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of experience in a QA role, including system/integration/user acceptance testing
• At least 2 years of SQL or relevant database experience
• Experience with test automation using Selenium and at least one programming language such as C#, Java, or Python
• Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
