Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and technically sharp, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Analyst will manage the entire QA lifecycle for assigned features and releases, ensuring the quality and reliability of the enterprise SaaS platform used by pipeline operators across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full QA lifecycle from requirements review to test planning, execution, defect tracking, and sign-off
• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test suites for various testing scenarios
• Build and scale automated test frameworks and scripts to reduce manual effort and enhance testing confidence

Required qualifications

• Experience with test automation and exposure to AI-driven testing approaches
• Proficiency in testing ASP.NET / SQL Server / Azure-hosted SaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and industry trends, particularly in automation and SaaS quality practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and data engineers
• Experience in monitoring and reporting on QA metrics such as defect density and test coverage
