Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure the quality and performance of technology solutions, the remote Quality Assurance Analyst will develop and execute test strategies, manage defect tracking, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with business requirements
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing while documenting and managing defects
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and participate in Agile ceremonies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, including manual test plan execution
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle practices
• Experience with testing tools such as Azure DevOps and familiarity with Student Information Systems
• Knowledge of API testing and basic SQL or data validation preferred
