Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

Working full-time in Cottage Grove, WI, the Quality Assurance Analyst will manage quality assurance for global marketing sites and tools by conducting manual testing, developing automated tests using Cypress, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality and accessibility standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct manual QA testing for web and mobile applications, ensuring quality and performance standards are met
• Develop automated tests and contribute to automation planning within the testing team
• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to standardize QA processes and document defects effectively

Required qualifications

• Minimum of a four-year degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance Testing
• 2 years of experience in Web Application Testing
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and end-to-end testing preferred
• Experience in cross-functional team project planning is preferred
