Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Quality Assurance Analyst will design and execute custom test plans, track defects, and perform regression and smoke testing to ensure enterprise solutions meet functional specifications.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute custom test plans to validate application releases
• Track defects and document resolutions using QA testing tools
• Create and execute test scenarios to support application migrations and upgrades

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Practical working knowledge of software testing methodology
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with development staff
• 3-5 years experience in a Quality Assurance Team (preferred)
