Quality Assurance Analyst
Job Summary
To support the release of high-quality e-commerce websites, the part-time contractor Quality Assurance Analyst will perform both front-end and back-end testing of Shopify stores while collaborating closely with developers, designers, and project managers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of Shopify stores to identify and document issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of quality and timely code releases
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing risks and timelines effectively
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce
- Proficiency with the Shopify platform, including Shopify Plus
- Experience with agile methodology and ticket management systems like JIRA/Confluence
- Familiarity with design QA, functional testing, smoke testing, and integration testing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
