Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

To support a new product in the Veteran Directed Care program, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Analyst will design and execute testing strategies, validate product functionality, and ensure compliance with quality standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent BeneLynk's customers by understanding their needs and the functionality of products designed to assist them
• Ensure product quality through End-to-End validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the Advocate-facing platform and self-service module
• Validate complex program logic related to eligibility, service authorizations, and payroll processing to maintain program and payroll integrity

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and/or User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Experience in Agile software development lifecycle processes and methodologies
• Proficiency in developing test plans, test scripts, and conducting comprehensive testing across multiple applications
• Associate degree in a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with payroll, timekeeping, or financial transaction systems where calculation accuracy is critical
