Quality Assurance Analyst
Job Summary
To ensure high-quality online training experiences, the full-time Quality Assurance Analyst will test courses for functionality and user experience, document errors, and support course development from a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute functional, verification/regression, and mobile tests according to the QA Testing Plan
- Review developed courses for accuracy, flow, and functionality against approved outlines and scripts
- Document QA findings and track issues through resolution and retesting
Required qualifications
- O/A Level education or a bachelor's degree, preferably in English or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in QA, content review, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of web-based training and e-learning
- Understanding of quality assurance within the development process
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
