Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

Performing quality assurance audits and reviews, the full-time Quality Assurance Analyst will ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations while working onsite in Lake Zurich, IL.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct quality assurance audits on departmental files and processes, including verbal and written communications
• Prepare and present quality assurance reports and analyze findings for trends to recommend corrective actions
• Assist in planning, testing, and reporting phases of departmental quality initiatives and maintain comprehensive knowledge of processes

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of office work, banking, or similar experience
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, database analysis, and Excel
• Experience creating or implementing quality monitoring procedures
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
