Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards, the full-time Quality Assurance Analyst will review financial and non-financial transactions, provide feedback and trend analysis, and act as a subject matter expert for procedure documentation and training efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of transactions and customer/agent/broker interactions, documenting results and providing feedback to management and employees
• Participate in projects and individual assignments, including self-audits and report generation
• Cross-train within the Quality group to provide backup on various business areas and initiatives

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience; college degree preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or related fields
• Experience in procedure documentation and training
• Ability to work in a flexible full-time or hybrid telecommuting environment
• Proficiency in generating reports and conducting trend analysis
