Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create test plans and execute test cases across all functional areas of products and technical solutions
• Manually test software functionality and report issues
• Interpret and report testing results and provide feedback on enhancing test planning and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years progressive, firsthand experience in a technical support role
• Exposure to projects in various SDLC methodologies and familiarity with test execution tools
• Ability to research new technology and quickly learn new coding languages or tools
• Preferred experience in Atlassian Products, Development Languages, Reporting/Analytics, Cloud vendor platforms, and application support
