Job Summary

Working onsite in Hartford, CT, the full-time Quality Assurance Analyst CT will design and maintain test cases, execute various functional and non-functional tests, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system quality and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain a robust library of test cases for platform functionality
• Regularly execute functional and non-functional tests, including accessibility and API testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira, providing root cause analysis and solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education/work experience
• 6+ years of experience in IT operations, programming, or systems/software development
• 10+ years of experience in QA testing
