Quality Assurance Analyst Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst Lead - Workday HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute testing strategies for large programs and projects involving Workday HCM
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and other testers in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Implement recommendations to enhance testing approaches, processes, and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
• Completion of a technical training program with at least 6 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree or technical training
• Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, and Azure DevOps is preferred
