Job Summary

To support the dynamic needs of the Revenue Cycle Management team, the remote Specialist I, QA and Learning will manage quality assurance reviews and training initiatives, ensuring team performance meets company standards through audits, mentoring, and targeted training programs.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine and targeted quality audits on RCM tasks, including claim submission and denial management
  • Perform root cause analysis on errors to reduce rework and enhance productivity
  • Facilitate 1:1 training sessions to mentor and guide internal employees towards proficiency and certification
Required qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or with Knowtion Health
  • Strong understanding of the full RCM back-end workflow, including coding and billing
  • Proficiency with Artiva, Box, Epic, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Extensive experience with claims resolution and implementation of client SOPs
