Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to ensure compliance and integrity in document control processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain quality-related documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Support the implementation of the Quality Management System and collaborate with stakeholders on quality issues
  • Assist during audits, prepare quality reports, and perform additional tasks as required
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in document control or quality assurance in a healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., FDA, ISO)
  • Familiarity with patient support services and healthcare industry practices
  • Certification from a recognized professional quality or process improvement organization is preferred
