Job Summary

- Monitor and audit transactions performed by representatives to ensure superior client experience

Required Qualifications
- Over 2 years of experience in customer support or contact center industry
- Native level Traditional and Simplified Chinese language ability
- Advanced English skills
- Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance
- Proficiency in Excel with excellent analytical abilities
