Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Professional Quality to monitor and evaluate quality across call center and back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate customer interactions for compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in and occasionally lead calibration sessions for evaluation consistency
  • Analyze quality observations to identify trends and recommend process enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two or more years of experience in quality assurance or relevant subject matter expertise
  • Knowledge of Provider Enrollment and experience collaborating with operations teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with quality platforms
