Quality Assurance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to support testing activities for software applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and execute manual test cases, documenting results and tracking defects
• Assist in analyzing defects and perform basic SQL queries for data validation
• Collaborate with project teams to validate system behavior and support regression testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Basic SQL query skills or ability to learn
• Understanding of basic software testing concepts (functional testing, regression testing)
• Ability to document and track defects clearly and accurately
• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to collaborate with project stakeholders
