Quality Assurance Associate

Job Summary

Experienced in test automation and Treasury Services platforms, the full-time Quality Assurance Associate will design and maintain automated test frameworks, execute testing for various financial systems, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for treasury, payments, and cash management platforms
• Execute automated and manual testing for ACH, wire, RTP processing systems, and other treasury applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate end-to-end transaction flows and ensure quality and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within financial services
• Demonstrated experience testing Treasury Services and Cash Management systems
• Strong experience with test automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar)
