Quality Assurance Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a technically skilled Quality Assurance Associate on a contracted basis, the role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of treasury services platforms through advanced automated testing practices, including the design and execution of test frameworks and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for treasury and cash management platforms
• Execute automated and manual testing for various payment processing systems and validate end-to-end transaction flows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and drive continuous improvement in testing efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2-5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within financial services
• Demonstrated experience testing Treasury Services and Cash Management systems
• Strong experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
