Quality Assurance Associate

Job Summary

To support quality assurance efforts, the full-time Quality Assurance Associate will review and approve Change Control Requests, manage training and document control systems, and coordinate internal and regulatory audits while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve Change Control Requests, ensuring timely closure by coordinating with owners
• Act as site representative for training and document control systems, managing related activities
• Coordinate and support internal, client, and regulatory audits, preparing responses to audit findings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related to a scientific area
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrated understanding of GMP regulations; knowledge of compendiums such as USP is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)
