Quality Assurance Associate

Job Summary

To support quality assurance initiatives in the pharmaceutical sector, the full-time Quality Assurance Associate will review and approve Change Control Requests, manage training and document control activities, and coordinate audits while transitioning to a hybrid work setup after three months onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve Change Control Requests, ensuring timely closure through coordination with owners
• Act as site representative for training and document control systems, managing related activities and tracking training completion
• Coordinate and support internal, client, and regulatory audits, preparing responses to audit findings as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific area
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry
• Understanding of GMP regulations; knowledge of compendiums such as USP is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level)
