Quality Assurance Associate

Job Summary

Supporting Enterprise Quality and Accreditation Operations, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Associate will conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and assist in regulatory audits to ensure compliance and drive process improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Drive continuous quality improvement by identifying service gaps and recommending enhancements to workflows and processes
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement improvement plans based on identified issues
• Monitor compliance with policies and procedures through regular audits and reporting, ensuring regulatory alignment

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated skills and experience in a customer service role with an understanding of operations policies and procedures
• Intermediate skill in spreadsheets and word processing
• Basic knowledge of data analytic tools
• Ability to balance daily tasks, mentoring, and assigned projects
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in the healthcare field (preferred)
