Quality Assurance Audit Manager

Job Summary

To support the organization's accounting operations, the full-time Quality Assurance Audit Manager will ensure adherence to GAAP, conduct internal reviews of client deliverables, and implement quality assurance procedures in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal reviews and quality checks to maintain compliance with established standards
• Assist in implementing quality assurance procedures and recommend improvements for accuracy and consistency
• Provide technical accounting support and maintain compliance awareness regarding GAAP updates

Required qualifications

• BS in Accounting required; CPA preferred
• 4-6+ years of GAAP accounting experience, with at least 2 years in audit as a reviewer
• Experience with ASC 842, ASC 606, and ASC 958-605
• Proven experience managing a team in a multi-client load environment
• Technical skills in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Intacct
