Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Provider to conduct quality audits and resolve billing issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance audits on employees and sub-contracted staff
• Present findings to the auditee and summarize reports for management
• Develop training materials and conduct presentations for staff development

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of revenue cycle experience
• Intermediate level of Excel experience
• Ability to present audit findings confidently in group settings
• Experience in teaching billing compliance concepts
• Associates degree or higher preferred or equivalent experience in a related field
