Quality Assurance Auditor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit outgoing correspondence from the Medical Review, Appeals, and Refund teams
• Conduct complete audits of claim adjustments by the Rapid Response team
• Log and track data to be audited and report trends based on audit results

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum 5 years of comprehensive experience with auditing medical, dental, and vision claims
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Some familiarity with plan coding
• Ability to effectively manage assigned workload, including multiple tasks and competing priorities
