Quality Assurance Auditor

Job Summary

Responsible for conducting systematic investigations of operations, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Auditor will perform audits related to claims, customer service, and enrollment, ensuring adherence to company policies and identifying areas for improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance audits to ensure consistent and reliable product quality across systems and procedures
• Submit detailed audit findings and recommendations for corrective actions to leadership and client areas
• Monitor operations and test outputs, identifying errors and opportunities for improvement while following up on audit findings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 3 years of auditing experience
• Proficiency in quality audit processes and reporting requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of claims, service, and enrollment processing systems
