Quality Assurance Auditor

Job Summary

Supporting the Funding Department, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Auditor will perform detailed audits, ensure compliance, and maintain data integrity across funding-related processes while managing daily operational outputs and identifying discrepancies.

Key responsibilities

• Audit daily ACH files for accuracy and compliance with internal and client requirements
• Monitor undelivered funding-related emails and resolve issues effectively
• Participate in the development of new audit procedures and process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 3+ years of experience in health insurance, TPA operations, or a related financial/administrative field
• Familiarity with funding workflows, reimbursement processes, and quality assurance practices
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail focused on accuracy and compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
