Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will develop and execute automated test scripts, support UI automation with tools like Playwright, and assist with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to validate application functionality and user workflows
• Support UI automation and ensure reliable, maintainable test coverage
• Document defects, communicate test results, and collaborate with developers during sprint and release activities

Required qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or Green Card status with the ability to obtain a public trust clearance
• Approximately four years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or application development
• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools, including Playwright and Postman
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and familiarity with web application technologies such as Vue.js and Python
