Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will develop and execute automated test scripts, support UI automation, and assist with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to validate application functionality and user workflows
• Support UI automation using tools such as Playwright, ensuring reliable and maintainable test coverage
• Document defects, reproduce issues, and verify fixes in collaboration with developers and product teams

Required qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or Green Card status, with the ability to obtain a public trust clearance
• Approximately four (4) years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or application development
• Bachelor's degree or four (4) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing, including defect documentation and regression testing
• Experience or familiarity with Playwright, JavaScript, TypeScript, Postman, and CI/CD concepts
