Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid or fully remote capacity, the full-time Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will design and implement automated tests for a new suite of insurance software as part of a dedicated agile project team focused on growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify, write, and execute automation test cases for large projects, including integration and end-to-end tests
• Collaborate with business analysts and software engineers to ensure alignment with business requirements and project direction
• Perform root cause analysis on automation test results and provide input for issue resolution

Required qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of in-depth quality assurance experience
• 2+ years of experience with Katalon or a similar automation testing tool
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and the SDLC
• Experience with ADO Test Plans or similar inventory testing tools
