Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead, Contract to Hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA Automation strategy and execution for ETL/DWH, data migration, and BI/reporting initiatives
• Design, implement, and maintain automated frameworks for validating ETL workflows and data processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing scope, timelines, and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 6+ years of experience with a focus on data-centric testing
• Proven experience testing ETL processes and data warehouses
• Hands-on experience with automation tools for data testing
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
