Quality Assurance Automation Supervisor

Job Summary

To support customer-focused objectives, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Automation Supervisor will lead a team of quality assurance testers, design and maintain automation frameworks, and ensure high-quality software products through robust testing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of quality assurance testers while fostering a collaborative work environment
• Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing
• Evaluate existing QA tools and processes to drive continuous improvements in automation strategy and execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Experience testing cloud-native applications in AWS, Azure, or GPC
• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA regulations preferred
