Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality and Outcomes Caller.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handles inbound and outbound calls, directing callers appropriately and ensuring timely responses
  • Schedules appointments and communicates necessary instructions to patients
  • Manages patient follow-up calls, appointment reminders, and organizes related paperwork
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
  • Medical, secretarial, and/or customer service experience required
  • 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
  • Experience with appointment scheduling and managing patient phone calls preferred
  • Experience as CMA/RMA, MOA, or in a call center environment preferred
