Quality Assurance Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Reviewing FHA, VA, USDA, and supplemental claims for accuracy and compliance, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Claims Specialist will manage pre-submission quality assurance reviews, validate claim data, and support process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pre-submission quality assurance reviews of various claims
• Validate accuracy of claim components and ensure compliance with agency guidelines
• Analyze error trends and collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflows

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of experience in FHA, VA, USDA, and Supplemental foreclosure claims QA/QC testing and/or filing
• Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing practices and claims lifecycle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies independently
