Job Summary

A company is looking for a Control Center Quality Assurance Coach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts coaching and maintains quality standards while collaborating with leadership to improve quality and experience
  • Performs daily quality assurance audits and monitors calls to assess the accuracy of patient data
  • Coordinates with training departments to develop ongoing training materials and supports process improvements


Required Qualifications
  • Associate Degree required or equivalent relevant experience with a high school diploma
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Two years of relevant experience, with at least one year in healthcare preferred
  • Strong customer service skills required
  • Experience in contact center operations preferred
