Job Summary
A company is looking for a Control Center Quality Assurance Coach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts coaching and maintains quality standards while collaborating with leadership to improve quality and experience
- Performs daily quality assurance audits and monitors calls to assess the accuracy of patient data
- Coordinates with training departments to develop ongoing training materials and supports process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree required or equivalent relevant experience with a high school diploma
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Two years of relevant experience, with at least one year in healthcare preferred
- Strong customer service skills required
- Experience in contact center operations preferred
