Quality Assurance Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Consultant (Client Delivery Experience) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct project reviews and functional testing, collaborating with project teams to ensure effective tracking of requirements
• Perform root cause analysis and document issues identified during project deliveries
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and implementing audit recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems or Business Management preferred, or equivalent experience required
• Three (3) years of related experience required
• Three (3) years of project experience preferred
• Functional understanding of credit/debit card processing and Fiserv processing platforms
• Experience in conducting audits and risk assessment related to project delivery
