Quality Assurance Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Excess and Surplus Wholesale Division, the remote Senior Quality Assurance Consultant will design, implement, and maintain a quality assurance program, ensuring superior service delivery while performing complex quality reviews and analyzing results for performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain a quality assurance measurement and review program for the E&S Wholesale Division
• Perform complex quality reviews and analyze results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Manage and facilitate changes to QA processes and lead testing efforts related to regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three years of experience in insurance, operations, or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of Commercial Lines Excess & Surplus Lines industry
• Advanced understanding of E&S compliance processes and standard MGA or wholesaler procedures
• Four or more years of experience in a supported business area, preferably in quality assurance
