Quality Assurance Consultant

Job Summary

To support project delivery and audit functions, the full-time Quality Assurance Consultant will manage project reviews, conduct functional testing, and assist with root cause analysis while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers to review project requirements and artifacts for effective traceability
• Perform functional testing and document testing results, providing feedback to project teams
• Support internal and external audits, identifying discrepancies and ensuring timely implementation of recommendations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems or Business Management preferred, or equivalent education and experience
• Three (3) years of related experience required
• Three (3) years of project experience preferred
• Functional understanding of credit/debit card processing and Fiserv processing platforms
• Experience in conducting root cause analysis and audit support functions
