Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of medical reports and ensure compliance with client specifications
• Verify that all references and citations are current and from reputable sources
• Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed

Required Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two years of medical office experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, medications, and laboratory values
• Qualified typist with a minimum of 40 W.P.M preferred
• Knowledgeable of multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
