Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess Enrollment Team interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Identify quality trends and training needs to enhance the effectiveness of the Enrollment Team
• Assist in developing training resources and ongoing education for the Enrollment Team

Required Qualifications

• Experience in service-oriented roles with familiarity in quality auditing and coaching
• Proven ability to create and improve processes
• Experience with technology tools such as video software, Google Suite, and electronic health records
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments or startups
• Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies
