Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure the highest level of quality and compliance in report generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of reports and ensure compliance with client specifications and standards
• Verify that all clinical citations and references are current and from reputable sources
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide support to the Quality Assurance Department

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of IME or medical experience preferred
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in claims management related to workers' compensation, no-fault, liability, or disability preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, medications, and laboratory values
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operation
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality
