Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary

To support quality assurance and final-stage delivery for performance creative assets across paid digital channels, the remote, contract Quality Assurance Coordinator will manage asset organization, ensure compliance with channel requirements, and facilitate smooth campaign delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support QA across the asset delivery workflow to ensure creative is accurate and channel-ready before launch
• Manage platform spec sheets and project pages, keeping requirements and delivery details accurate and up to date
• Review assets for quality and compliance, confirming all required supporting copy and metadata are accurate and complete

Required qualifications

• Experience coordinating or trafficking digital creative assets across paid media channels
• Strong understanding of platform specifications and asset requirements for channels like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance
• Experience with asset management and trafficking tools such as EDAM or Smartsheet
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple versions and deadlines
