Job Summary
To support the Clinical Excellence team, the remote Quality Assurance Policy & Program Coordinator will manage the maintenance and organization of policies, procedures, and documentation while assisting in data collection, quality assurance program activities, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Own the maintenance and review cycle of TimelyCare's policies and quality assurance documentation
- Collect and manage data for measuring improvements and prepare materials for the Quality Assurance Committee
- Assist in regulatory readiness and support continuous improvement initiatives across service lines
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare quality assurance, risk management, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related healthcare field
- Knowledge of healthcare accreditation and regulatory standards such as URAC and NCQA preferred
- Experience with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and data management tools
- Active clinical license (e.g., RN, LCSW) preferred but not required
