Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Director to lead the quality assurance function for their Provider Vertical.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Provider Vertical's QA strategy, ensuring adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements
• Monitor and evaluate quality by overseeing the QA team and conducting regular assessments of service delivery processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance service delivery, optimize workflows, and mitigate compliance risks

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading QA programs and teams in the healthcare industry
• Deep understanding of HIPAA and the healthcare regulatory environment
• Proven ability to develop and implement QA frameworks and performance monitoring
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data for process improvement
• BA required; advanced degrees a plus
