Quality Assurance Director

Job Summary

Leading the quality assurance function, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Director will manage and mentor the QA team, set testing strategies and standards, and ensure product reliability and performance in a high-velocity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA team, establishing overall test strategy, quality standards, and processes to meet client performance goals
• Own the quality roadmap by evaluating current practices, identifying gaps, and driving a comprehensive test strategy across manual and automated testing
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to embed quality practices early in the development lifecycle and align QA priorities with product roadmaps

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or computer science; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of QA experience in SaaS, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• 5+ years of experience with automated testing tools, particularly Playwright/JavaScript or similar
• Proven track record in building and scaling QA practices for large-scale SaaS applications
• Direct experience in environments utilizing coding agents for test strategy
