Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Director, Apparel.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Quality Assurance and compliance strategy for the Apparel product lifecycle
• Guide and lead teams to identify and resolve quality and compliance concerns
• Oversee testing and inspection plans to ensure adherence to defined quality standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years in Quality Assurance, with 3-5 years in a senior leadership role in the Apparel industry
• Experience in an online apparel retail environment with diverse product exposure
• Deep expertise in fabric and textile science and manufacturing processes
• Proven experience in managing quality control processes in a global environment
• Expert knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including TQM principles
