Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of technical support for internal users across enterprise platforms
• Troubleshoot system issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate with engineering teams for resolution
• Manage incoming support tickets, ensuring timely triage, escalation, and resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar quantitative field
• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance
• 4+ years of experience writing and executing unit and integration tests
• Highly proficient in Java, Python, or a similar language
• Strong technical proficiency in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
