Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to create tests that identify issues with product software and infrastructure prior to product launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies and plans, execute tests, and automate testing processes
• Track and report software defects, perform root cause analysis, and maintain test documentation
• Support testing across the software development lifecycle, including integration, performance, and user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in quality assurance and testing for AWS workloads
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing, including experience with Selenium and JMeter
• Familiarity with Agile practices and experience in cloud infrastructure testing
• Experience in planning and tracking tests and defects using Jira
