Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

As a remote full-time Quality Assurance Engineer, the successful candidate will execute structured testing across web and mobile platforms, validate patient journey workflows, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance release confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Review requirements and create test cases for web and mobile applications, performing regression testing and supporting release validation
• Document and manage defects, collaborating with developers to investigate issues and ensure thorough re-testing
• Validate application behavior across various platforms and workflows, ensuring critical user journeys function reliably

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing
• Experience testing web applications in modern browsers and mobile applications
• Strong manual testing skills, particularly in end-to-end workflows and regression coverage
• Experience writing clear defect reports and collaborating with developers
• Familiarity with Jira or similar work management systems
